Objective: The third month has been designed to get you in the habit of thinking about your goals every single day. Beyond that, this month will help you form the habit of writing your goals every day which is a much more powerful next step. By writing your goals every day, you actually get more involved with the idea. The act of writing the goal forces you to place much more mental focus on the goal and, as a result, you see the goal in a new light each day. New ideas come to your mind and new opportunities for achieving the goal will ultimately present themselves to you.
Work Breakdown: You are going to write out 5 or 6 of your top goals from 5 or 6 areas of your life… EVERY day this month. The most common life areas for goal setting include Financial, Career, Health, Fitness, Relationship, Spiritual, Personal, Fun, Contribution. The areas you choose are entirely up to you.
