Objective: In the fourth month of our program, you are going to work towards the achievement of 1 very specific goal. This can be one of your most important goals from your list of 30 in month 3 or it can be a new goal that you have decided to work towards for the purposes of this exercise.
The first thing you want to do is pick one very important goal that is going to take a significant amount of effort and growth to complete. Something that you would typically consider giving yourself 2 or more months to complete. You are then going to use the special exercise laid out in month 4 to FOCUS on the goal and shoot to achieve it this month.
Work Breakdown: Pick a big goal for the month and then spend time every day brainstorming all of the different reasons why and how you can accomplish this goal. There is no room for negativity. Just focus on POSSIBILITY. When you force yourself to focus at this level, you are guaranteed to tap into new ideas that hadn’t presented themselves before.
While the workbook focuses on the ideas, you should also use the Action Log that has been included in this program to document all significant actions you take towards the accomplishment of this goal throughout the month.
Spend time every day brainstorming all of the different reasons why and how you can accomplish this goal. Just focus on POSSIBILITY.
