This is a great example of CBT in action. CBT is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is one of the tools anyone can use in their life to overcome depression, insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and all sorts of stuff that tends to bring people into counselling.

Nothing replaces therapy, but anything you can use to improve your experience of life is something I want to share with you.
