Objective: Continuing our trend, the focus of month 11 is relationships. Relationships can make or break a person. You could be the most dedicated person in the world when it comes to your fitness routine but your happiness is going to be severely impacted if you have terrible relationships with spouse, children, friends, parents, co-workers and so on.
The objective for the month is to get you focusing on areas where you can improve your relationship development skills. Relationships are definitely “two-way” agreements but this month will allow you to make sure you are doing your very best to get the most out of your relationships in life.
Work Breakdown: Each week you are going to set one relationship based goal to focus on. Choose your goal based on your situation. If you are married, you might want to spend some of this month looking at goals that strengthen your marriage. If you are single, you might want to spend
some time setting and working on goals that give you more opportunities to connect with potential partners.
